TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or participate in gameplay at Showdown. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To access certain Services, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Showdown operates as a skill-based recreational entertainment venue.

Gambling is strictly prohibited at Showdown. This includes, without limitation, wagering money or items of value, side betting, or any form of betting or gambling activity related to gameplay outcomes.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the venue, suspension or termination of your account, and permanent exclusion from Showdown. This policy is enforced in strict compliance with applicable Georgia law.

Food, beverage, and other purchases made at Showdown may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Toast.

Showdown does not store complete payment card information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third-party payment provider. Showdown is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or issues caused by such third parties.

Showdown records video gameplay and may capture photographs and video footage within its venue.

By entering the venue and participating in gameplay, you grant Showdown a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and recorded gameplay, in any media now known or later developed, for marketing, promotional, advertising, analytics, and business purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Showdown, including emails and SMS/text messages.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or, for SMS messages, by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

You agree not to engage in conduct that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Disrupts venue operations or the Services
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others
• Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with gameplay systems

Showdown reserves the right to remove individuals from the venue or restrict access to the Services at its sole discretion.

Showdown may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the venue, other patrons, or the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Showdown disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showdown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Showdown reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
