GRAND OPENING SWEEPSTAKES

The Showdown Social Grand Opening Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 12, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).

Officers, directors, managers and employees of Showdown Social LLC (the “Sponsor”) and each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Leave a comment on the Official Showdown Social Grand Opening Sweepstakes post, anticipated to be published at or around 9:00 a.m. ET on April 20, 2026, on ONE of the above platforms.

Your comment must tag at least one (1) friend.

You must have an account on the respective platform. Creating an account is free but subject to the platform’s terms. Standard data charges may apply.

Limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of platform. Any attempt to enter more than once may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical issues of any kind. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

In the event of a dispute, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account used.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, and each Entrant hereby releases each of those parties from any and all liability in connection herewith.

On or around May 13, 2026, one (1) potential prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor.

Notification: The potential Prize Winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the social media platform used to enter.

The Prize will not be awarded until the winner confirms acceptance, which they must do within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor’s sending of notification, and completes all required documentation (including a W-9 if required). Failure to do so results in forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s discretion, selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

One (1) Prize consisting of:

A voucher for two (2) hours of gameplay at Showdown Social, 7955 North Point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30022, for up to nine (9) people, once per month, for twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning June 2026.

AND

An invitation for the Prize Winner plus up to eight (8) guests to attend the grand opening event on May 14, 2026.

Approximate Retail Value: $3,250

Additional Terms

Game play for Prize Winner is subject to scheduling and availability. No cash redemption. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any issue compromises fairness or integrity.

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant found tampering with the process or violating these rules.

By entering, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and all Released Parties from any claims arising from participation or Prize use.

Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, lost or corrupted entries, human or system errors, or any injury or damage related to participation or Prize use.

All disputes will be resolved individually in courts located in Georgia and governed by Georgia law.

Sponsor may also announce the winner publicly at its discretion.
